Hopkins No=Eql Treble Bucktail 2GBY
|Gold plated stainless steel with yellow bucktail||1/2 oz.||$5.99 USD|
These lures are the original HOPKINS Lures. They resemble Mullet or Herring-types of baitfish. NO=EQL Lures have relatively thick bodies. They are heavier then conventional spoons of the same length and can be cast much farther. They have taken most fresh and saltwater gamefish, jigging, casting, and trolling. Hence the claim that they are the "World's Most Versatile Lures". They are a must for all surf bags and tackle bags. Great when fish are out of reach and bigger baitfish are in the water. Great lure for all species of fish here in the Northeast.

This is by far my favorite inshore lure for Bass, Blues and Weakfish. Just cast it out and jig/retrieve and it will get hit!

Love the Hopkins - Favorite bucktail to work in hard currents over the sandbar in inlet. The white bucktail with the red streak is killer. Plan to buy replacement trebles and singles with that same dressing. Wish TackleDirect sold them.

This is a classic lure that catches fish. I've hooked fish on these both when jigging on the bottom and retrieving along the surface. This lure especially kills bluefish when they are schooling/blitzing.
