Hopkins NO=EQLLures are the original HOPKINS Lures. They resemble mullet, sardines, herring or any silver baitfish. NO=EQL Lures have relatively thick bodies. They are heavier then conventional spoons of the same length and can be cast much farther.

They have taken most Fresh and Saltwater Game fish, jigging, casting, and trolling. Hence our claim that they are the "World's Most Versitile Lures."  The Hopkins is the go to surfcasting lure when the wind is in your face.

Solid Casting or Jigging Choice
January 5, 2015
Hopkins jigs with the bucktail...I really like the versatility of this lure as it can be cast a country mile but it also has enough weight for light tackle jigging. The bucktail also can entice the odd weakfish or fluke, and I've also had sea robins of all things hook themselves on these. Again, the versatility of this lure is great for those looking to save a buck or two...

great lure

Seems everyone is moving away from Hopkins towards the deadly dicks nowadays for a good metal lure. I wouldn't really say I prefer either. I've caught fish pretty evenly on both when fish are around
