In saltwater it gets destroyed rapidly by groupers. But I must recognize that the tail has great attractiveness & does it's work in attracting fish.
ConsDoes not stand voracious fish for long (expensive on long term)

These are a great addition to bucktails for fall trolling for rockfish. As long as you can stay away from the blues these will produce.

I have had a lot of luck with this brand Got-Cha . I use the grub on a bucktail and catch stripers regularly, without the mess, smell or replacement of pork rind, gulp etc...
