Didn't think there could be an improvement over the previous generation Yo-Zuri "big game" pencil but glad to be proven wrong. The new 3D sashimi version is superior. It's a little heavier so it actually cast further (+10-20 yds) and the finish is much, much more durable. These are the longest casting pencil lures I have used in the ~1-1.25oz oz range. Just wish the chrome/black color was available--it has been the most productive striper lure the past 2-3 years for me. Not sure if there is any noticeable difference in fish catching effectiveness with the sashimi effect where I fish though, hmm?.
Pros:long casting, even in windy conditions
easy to work
Cons:a bit on the pricey side
