only thing that changed my mind is the drag pressure.
Prosnice looking reels and functional. Go with an Avet for the price.

Very smooth reel
November 17, 2017
I have been using this reel in my jigging trips (Philippines) along with two other Daiwa spinning reels.
I just recently upgraded the arm, as you can see in the picture. This reel is a beast. I have caught 2-3 good size amberjacks with this. I’d still love to try out its full capability with a huge one.
ProsGood size reel. Smooth drag.

Impressive reel
December 11, 2016
This reel was selected for a primary use of larger inshore species targeting Bull Reds, Jacks, Blacks Tip and Gar. So far I have landed a few Reds over 40". Currently I have it paired with a 9' Lamiglas (surf rod). The reel casts very well. There is a slight vibration when retrieving but I'm guessing that will ware off once it's been thoroughly broken in? Aside from that it takes in line quickly and smooth. I like the shape and size of the spool on this reel. Perfect "thumbing" for an even line retrieval. The drag is sooo smooth but I haven't got a chance to test it's full capabilities.
ProsCast ability. Smooth, easy to engage the lever drag. 2 year service agreement.
ConsA little heavy for frequent casting.

The photo looks like what I would call a “right-hand†reel in that one would use the right hand to turn the handle. However, the description reads “left-handâ€. What hand would one use with this reel that’s on sale? Thank you.

Always go off the description/specs and not the image. In this case it is a left handed reel.
