The Dexter-Russell Cimeter Steak Knife has a sharp, long blade that works well for cutting meat close to the bone. The Blade is wider than a breaking knife adding more weight making this knife ideal for slicing large pieces of raw meat such as lamb, steak, and chicken. This knife also features a upward curving blade allowing for the tip to rise above the level of the handle when slicing giving you better control. The blade is made with DEXSTEEL allowing for this knife to be sharpened to the same sharpness it was before. The SofGrip handle is made to be non-slip with soft rubber grip material. This handle helps prevent slippage and increases control.
