Technique specific actions, tapers, guide trains, reel seats, and furniture makeup the series each of which utilize expressive tips to indicate the desired presentation of the baits that go along with them. Power levels in the mid and butt section of each rod in the series feature the same characteristic of power to quickly tame these hard fighting species to the net, all while battling around currents, other boats, structure and even those furry predators looking for an easy meal.
At the core of each rod in the series is its sensitive and powerful rod blank, rolled on stepped mandrels to create a series of micro-tapers that many G Loomis rods feature. The rod engineers at G Loomis isolate and reinforce select areas that would fail under load, while taking out unnecessary material to shave weight and enhance action. This process delivers the best of both worlds, creating a serious fishing tool. Fuji Concept O Guides line the length of each rod in the series, with a Seaguide reel seat and Fuji double locking nuts that provide a secure fit and great comfort.
