GAMMA's proprietary process alters the molecular structure of the co-polymer material. The molecular structure of the co-polymer is strong and stiff due to the highly aligned long chain molecules. GAMMA's process breaks down the long chain molecules and creates millions of intermolecular bonds. In the end, the molecular structure of the material is more entangled and cross linked creating a stronger, tougher, more flexible material.
