Its three-piece construction breaks down easily and reassembles easily, with stamped arrows at each ferrule to indicate proper alignment. Included with each travel rod is a premium hard shell travel case, protecting against accidental bumps and scrapes so it reaches your intended destination ready to perform!
At the core of the Nexus 2.0 Travel Rod is its 24T carbon fiber rod blank, sourced from Toray's Japan factory. This factory is an industry leader in development of some of the most premium carbon fiber sheets, used by many of the industry's top manufactures for high performance fishing rods. The 24T carbon fiber is an upgrade over its previous iteration, boosting strength, durability, and sensitivity and is finished with a textured carbon fiber outer layer to reinforce blank integrity. Fuji New Concept O Ring guides line the length of each rod, along with a custom Jigging World reel seat and ergonomic EVA grips.
