Another use for sleeves

I no longer do much fishing but I found a little different use for the sleeves.
I used them in my hobby with some 90 pound test mono to serve as rigging on a model sailboat I am building.
There are other small items of terminal tackle used on models as well. They are kept in a divided plastic tackle box also purchased from Tackle Direct..

I use these crimps with the SC-3 crimping tool and they hold great. I did a pull test on my leaders to compare against hand tied knots and the crimps won every time.

i use 45 to 100 1x7 wire what would be the best crimping pliers, and sleeves for this job? i also use them on 20 lb. mono. what type of crimp would i use? thank you

You would need the AFW sleeves, which would need to be matched up to the 7 strand wire that you are using. The Jinkai SC-3C crimper is one of the best ones out there. 20 lb mono should not be crimped, and is much easier to just tie a knot.
