MirrOlure MirrOdine features a wide body profile and realistic baitfish pattern which produces violent strikes. The MirrOdine lure has a luminescent inset, ''fish calling'' rattles and natural 3-D eyes to enhance its realism. With a twitching retrieve, this shallow runner darts from side-to-side, mimicking a wounded baitfish. Trout, Redfish, Snook, Striper and Tarpon find MirrOdine 17MR irresistible.

Gotta have more than in tackle box
Works well on the flats, hooked many fish. Once you find the right speed and Rod movement the fish just can't resist this mirrodine.
ProsCast well

Great twitchbait
Great for after the topwater bite has slowed down. Colors don't seem to matter so much but I do like a of variety.

good action and color
I like the action of this bait. I switched out the trebles for inline single hooks. I wish they were offered with single hooks.
Prosgreat action
Consnot a fan of treble hooks

#1 Hard Bait
Perect size to match the hatch with lotsd of color options. I catch fish in bunches on these. I swap out the hoks but bait is pretty durable.

Great lure
The mirrordine is truly a great lure for a variety of inshore species. I have used a variety of colors that have proven to be killers on seatrout. You will not be disappointed.

Great bait imitator
Works well in fresh and saltwater. Favorite color is the green or blue back, this imitates any baitfish. I've had the same 4 lures for at least 10 years… no rust and still works like new.
ProsNo rust, durable, affordable, and it catches fish.

Puppy Drum Slayer
When the pups are chowing down subsurface, I'll launch a Mirrodine Suspending Twitchbait and watch them smack it hard. Here on the Chesapeake Bay tributaries, the Red head, white and silver seems to really entice the pups on our creeks and grass beds. Highly recommended for inshore sight casting and blind casting to banks and shore structure.
ProsQuality hooks, durable

Speckled Trout Candy
Fishing for speckled trout anywhere from the Chesapeake down to Florida and then along the Gulf Coast? This is THE lure of choice. For some reason, specks love to strike these lures...have caught nice specks up to four pounds in Florida's Intercoastal on them. Red drum are also fond of these lures, so there's a nice bonus as well. And of course, Mr. Bluefish loves them as well, but then, what WON'T bluefish strike when they are hungry or angered?

Must have for trout and redfish
Love this lure...it works great in NC, mostly inshore but some freshwater. Cast it close to the bank and twitch it back...very tough too. Might want to switch out hooks.
Prostotal package, it all works, finish, rattles, suspending action.

Great for backcountry
This lure works great for back country mangrove fishing in Florida. Snook eat this lure up in the summertime. I prefer the 14MR size that works well for mangrove snapper. I would recommend purchasing this lure. You will not be disappointed.
ProsAction
ConsLike any hard bodied lure near trees...it is subject to getting snagged
