Penn Spinning rod
March 28, 2018
Limber enough to really tosses those light jig heads and crank baits, but still has enough backbone to land those bigger fish.
ProsIts a Penn
ConsI don't have issues with the rod, it preforms just right for me.

Good rod for the money

For the price you can't beat it. The rod offers good durability and a nice look while still being versatile enough to use in most inshore applications. My only complaint is that it is a little to stiff for my liking, but as I said for the price it's a good buy.

How well will the Penn SQDINII1017S76 pair with the Fin Nor Mega lite 40? If it doesn't, are there any other rods in this price range that would pair well with it?

That rod will match up.
