It's easy to modify the rack to fit your needs by removing the rod handle caps allowing you to mount the rods in a horizontal position. This rod rack features "J" hooks that are specifically designed with a flexible tab to keep your rods securely in place. If you like to store your rods alternating tips and handles for maximum capacity, remove the end caps then slide out the J clips and the rod handle holders then reset them tip to handle.
