These hand-poured PVC soft-plastic WildEye Swim Bait bodies are impregnated with Biosalt for added flavor that fish really love. The buried lead head won't give fish an odd, hard feel and cause them to spit the bait prematurely. The holographic flash matches natural forage colors for realistic detail. A prism eye in the front of the lure gives fish a place to target and hit hard.
  • Full spectrum colors & patterns
  • Secure I-Bolt system holographic WildEye
  • Rigged with a superior VMC needle point hook
  • Life-like swimming action
  • Holographic swimmin' flash foil
  • Strong soft body with internal lead head

great product
I've caught and released alot of bass and bluefish with this lure. single hook makes for easy release. great swimming action.
Proseasy release , great action, comes in many productive colors.
Consbeing a soft plastic, bluefish tear them up pretty easy. Lucky they are very affordable.

Go to lure
They’re 5 inches, they’re pearl in color and I’ve caught many a fish with them. I have many lures in my surf bag and at the end of many a day on the water I ask myself, “Why did I schlep so many lures around ? I just should have brought the Storm shad. “
ProsInexpensive. Life like movement
ConsLight in weight so they?re not always the best to cast into the wind

Another weapon for the arsenal
Starting to really enjoy using storm swim baits. Swim action is there and these handle bluefish bites better than other soft plastics I use.
ProsTough
ConsSlight chemical smell

Good Swimmer
Realistic look and good swimming action. Hook could be bit stronger, but gets the job done on smaller stripers.

Great Swim Shads
Favorite swim shad in smaller sizes. Bit softer plastic them other brands, but swimming action is better in my opinion. Hooks could be a bit stronger for saltwater heavier fish but get the job done most of the time.

Quality has been off
Fish love these, but the quality has been lacking recently. Out of a 3 pack, one came missing an eye, and another shad lost its eye within a few casts. The third shad had so much excess plastic from the mold still on it that I had to cut it off so it didn't affect how it swam.
ProsThe bodies of the shads are softer than Tsunami's, so they have much more pronounced tail movement, but they're also very quickly destroyed by a single bluefish or a couple larger fluke. For stripers they're perfect.

Cant go wrong with a shad
Have stripers nailing shads through out the season. Decided on the big ones for bigger fish.
ProsGreat action
