TackleDirect's Response to COVID-19

Our business is operating normally with our retail store, call center and warehouse fully open. We are experiencing limited inventory stock from certain vendors due to reduced inventory forecasts from suppliers and increased demand for all categories in outdoors. We are receiving new inventory every day as we prepare for the busy holiday season. In addition, while we are shipping on-time we are seeing delays across all shipping carriers both into our warehouse and shipping to customers. Especially with the USPS and ground services from both UPS and FedEx, please expect some delays.

The safety of our employees and our customers is first priority for our business. Our hearts go out to all those impacted by this pandemic around the world. While we are experiencing some limitations to our operations, we are open for business and encourage online ordering as our warehouse and order fulfilment operations are at full capacity.

We here at TackleDirect are doing our best to ensure you are able to get out on the water if you are safely able to do so during this difficult time. We are doing our best to handle the increased volume and demand for fishing tackle, and are doing everything we can to get you the gear you need quickly and safely. In the unfortunate event that your order is delayed, please be patient with us. Our non-warehouse staff is working exclusively from home, and we have a full team handling phone calls, emails, live chats, and all other inquiries as quickly as they can. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time, and we hope to see everyone out on the water in the very near future.
