Great for a variety of species and exceptional for fluke!  These ball jigs are very productive lures straight out of the package. Some anglers fish the jig solo and others like to rig it with a teaser (above) or a trailer (behind).

Tsunami Ball Jigs are constructed with molded stainless steel attachment loops, top quality swivels and premium Mustad Stainless Steel hooks. Appealing, over sized "Target Eyes" and reflective holographic foil are installed on each model to help trigger strikes from predators. Genuine bucktail and holographic sparkle follow in the rear surrounding each hook.
  • Cast, jig or drift
  • Reinforced stainless steel attachment loops
  • Epoxy coated with Mustad Stainless Steel Siwash hooks
  • Extra strong, chrome swivels
  • Dressed with genuine bucktail

Good product, great design
The tsunami ball jig lures are well constructed and designed.
ProsGood paint and clear coated. Quality hook and bucktail. Swivel and attachment are good quality and not likely to fail. Cost is good for the quality of the product.

Great for holding the bottom in strong current
I use these when fishing off-shore in hight current. They are also great to bounce over wrecks as the round shape has less hangups.
ProsI think the fish like the eyes - i do. easy to use - right size to hod the bottom in strong current

Very Effective
I use these because it is a much simpler and effective alternative to using a regular rig for fluke fishing in CT. The fish love them and they have the sinker built right in.
ProsWorks really well for blackfish, fluke and seabass colorful weighted

Paired this up with some lucanus replacement hooks and the rock cods and ling cods were constantly attacking. Great time!

Absolute Killers
These ball jigs are fantastic. I fish them in tandem with a bucktail teaser (connected with ~ 3' of fluoro with a dropper knot in between) w/ a squid strip on both and over the last two months in LIS have caught: fluke, striper, weakfish, blues, porgys and black seabass (lots of nice seabass) on the rig.
ProsDurable finish, high quality hook, CATCHES FISH!!!
ConsBlues trash the ball's bucktail (but that's what blues do)
