It has reverse polarity protection that indicates improper connection issues while protecting the charger from potential damage. With its dual circuit board protection, the new board protects against overcharging. The battery charge indicator offers a visual reference for charging status (25 percent, 50 percent, 75 percent, and 100 percent). This feature also allows the user to test a battery prior to use.
