The Bomber Certified Depth Lure performs its irresistible death dance at a depth of 25 or 30 feet and is built to withstand brutal attacks from the biggest and baddest in the salt. Along with an ultra-high-modulus, puncture-resistant body and super-duty hardware, this bait features an first-of-its-kind wire-through skeletal structure that links all key components, creating an all but unbreakable link to the oceanic food chain.

Great for wahoo!
But you better have wire leader attached, lost a CD30 to a big mouth sharp tooth wahoo. Fortunately we landed a few before that happened.
ProsTrolls straight Quality hard plug Color options
ConsThe long term durability of the hooks and split rings is still a question mark.

Great for trolling
I rig it with a teaser and I catch a lot of fish, Bluefish, Stripers, and I even caught a Sea Trout with it. Very productive trolling lure!

Nice hard body lures
These are nice hard body lures for saltwater. I don't troll many of these in the bay but will add one or two to my spread on sunny days. They have great movement to trigger fish to bit.

This lure catches pretty much any big predator in the ocean! Troll it or throw it you decide fishing at a good depth getting in to the bait balls and right on the fish!
ProsHIGH quality, durable, Strong and sharp hooks.
ConsNot great to cast in stronger winds because of it's size.

fantastic lure !
I just got down my 2nd silver red head since the first lost it's left eye when a fish attacked it. I fish in the Indian ocean surrounding Sri Lanka.I have caught many Greater Travelly with this lure weighing between 25 to 50lbs many times. Lat year one of my fellow anglers caught a 90lb Greater Travelly using the same lure. It is a super reliable lure for big game fish
Prosvery reliable and hardy except for the eyes!

Bought one in the redhead color for striped bass trolling. Looks very nice, and it has a strong, wired through construction.

Boom... fish on!
Can't beat the Bombers for stripers. Red head is killer! Swims deeper and straighter than the stretches. Plus you don't have to invest in any wire line or special rods to catch fish on these. Troll them with braid and a 10 foot mono leader.
