2. HOW TO ORDER
We prefer you order online through our secure server with a credit card. You can also order by phone, fax, or mail. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, JCB, Diner's Club, PayPal®, a cleared Check/Money Order, and a cleared Wire Transfer as a form of payment.

1. Browse our catalog for products or use the Search at the top of each page.
2. Select any options for an item such as color or size.
3. Click the Order button.
4. Confirm the correct item was added to the Cart.
5. Adjust any quantities and click Update Quantities.
6. Either click the Checkout button or the Keep Shopping button.
7. If you clicked Keep Shopping, just click the Your Shopping Cart link to return.
8. When your back in the Cart, click the Checkout button to continue.
9. Complete the Shipping Information and click the Continue button.
10. Complete the Billing Information and click Place Order to finish.

How do I apply a Gift Certificate or Coupon to an order?
Here's how the recipient uses the gift certificate:
1.Recipient visits TackleDirect.com
2.Recipient can browse or search for items they want to buy.
3.Once they've selected their gift, they click on checkout.
4.On the Shipping Form, they will see a field that says "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code."
5.If the recipient has enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of their order they won't be required to enter any credit card information.
6.If the recipient does not have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the entire order, they will be required to pay the remaining balance by their credit card or Paypal account.
If you prefer to call TackleDirect with your credit card information, please follow steps 1 through 5 above and print your order. Then call TackleDirect at 1-888-35-4REEL. The TackleDirect team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. EST. Please have your credit card information ready.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We gladly accept International orders. Our policies are in place to protect you, the consumer, as well as all merchants. Payment must be made in United States funds, drawn on a United States Bank by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, JCB, Diner's Club, PayPal®, Cashier's Check, International Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility. Credit card payments require the cardholder's billing address ( that the credit card statement is mailed to) and shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card number and expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization puposes. Complete address verification is neccesary before orders will be shipped. Recipient is resposible for all duties, customs, and any other taxes. For the fastest international order processing and service, we prefer payment via American Express®, PayPal®, or Wire Transfer. Please contact us with any questions.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Special orders are not returnable. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. There are no returns or credit available on pre-spooled line. Tackle Direct reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.
Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.

5. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipments within the contiguous 48 states in the USA:
TackleDirect is currently offering FREE Shipping and Handling on all orders over $200.00 with a valid coupon code via Economy within the contiguous 48 states in the USA. If you prefer faster shipping, please select any of the service levels listed below. Shipping costs are calculated in both the shopping cart and during the checkout process. Fishing rods, gaffs, antennas, coolers and any other oversize, bulky, and multiple package shipments may require additional charges. Most in-stock items are shipped the same day, if ordered by 2:00 PM ET on a business day. Tracking numbers and status are available through the TackleDirect Order Status Page.
USPS First-Class Mail
On select small and light weight items, we offer a USPS First-Class Mail shipping method at favorable rates. This shipping method will only be available for a select number of items or order configurations that meet the minimum weight and dimensional requirements. Most in-stock items that meet the criteria will arrive in 1-4 days and Saturdays are included. Sundays and holidays are excluded.
This is often your lowest cost shipping option for larger shipments. Your order will be sent the most economic method based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive in 2-7 business days, weekends and holidays are not included. This is the only option that will allow for shipping to post office boxes (PO Boxes) and APO/FPO military locations. If a shipping promotion is being offered for free or reduced shipping costs it will typically only apply to this Economy shipping method. Extra long items like one piece fishing rods and antennas will typically have a $7.00 Tube Fee, which is not included in shipping promotions.
Your order will be sent via a ground shipping method from either USPS, UPS or FedEx based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive in 1-5 business days. Choose this option if you want to make sure your shipment arrives 1-2 days faster than the Economy method.
3 Day Service
Your order will be sent via a shipping method that estimates the 3 business days in-transit or less, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items will ship from either USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Most in-stock items will arrive in 3 business days or less. Any back-ordered items will be sent via the Economy method unless otherwise specified by the customer.
2 Day Service
Your order will be sent via a shipping method that estimates 2 business days in-transit, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items could ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Based on the delivery destination, not all orders will ship via air and may be sent via ground services that have a time in-transit commitment of 2 business days or less. Most in-stock items will arrive in 2 days or less. Any back-ordered items will be sent via the Economy method unless otherwise specified by the customer.
1 Day Service
Your shipment will be sent via a shipping method that estimates 1 business day in-transit, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items could ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx services. APO/FPO and US possessions are sent USPS Priority Mail. The shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart in real-time based on the country, location, billable weight, and package dimensions of your total order.
- 1 Day Service and 2 Day Service shipments must provide a valid street address as some carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Your order may ship either USPS, UPS or FedEx for these service levels.
- Hazardous merchandise cannot be expedited or shipped internationally. A hazardous charge may be applied for ground shipping.
- Orders containing hazardous items and orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery.
- A $7.00 Tube Fee will be added on certain fishing rods, antennas and other items 6 feet and over in length. Only one Tube Fee charge will occur per order regardless of the number of long items being ordered.
- APO/FPO/MPO shipping is provided through USPS. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- Most backordered items will ship via USPS or Economy service levels unless otherwise specified by the customer.
6. OUR PRICES
At TackleDirect we make every effort to provide you with the lowest prices, while adhering to our manufacturer's minimum retail pricing. All prices and descriptions listed are subject to change without notice. Any product may be removed from current sale at any time. We strive to provide the most accurate information to our customers. Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.
TackleDirect reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of a product transaction in respect to any product or quantity of products, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance with any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times, even after an order confirmation has been placed. This restriction is subject to change without prior notice under the sole discretion of TackleDirect.
7. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If delivery time is critical and you need to be 100% sure we can ship an item immediately, please contact us first. We do not always know the inventory status in our warehouse or of our suppliers until a product is ordered. Discrepancies can occur, especially on unique items that are not stocked in our warehouse. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available as well as making sure our availability information is correct, we occasionally do not have available particular items that indicate In-Stock availability. Our inventory status indicators are determined in real-time and are updated based on the known availability of specific items based on the last time we received updated warehouse or supplier information, which can vary. If an item you order is unavailable or backordered we will notify you via e-mail or phone.
A backordered item is an item that is listed on our website that we currently do not have in stock. This backordered item must be ordered by a vendor or supplier in order to bring it into stock and fulfill the order. This item may not be in stock for a variety of reasons including but is not limited to: product demand, seasonality, or general supplier stock.
TackleDirect’s Backorder Policy:
TackleDirect will ship any in stock items that are placed on an order by 2pm EST Monday to Friday. Any items that are backordered will be shipped to you when they come into stock in our NJ fulfilment location. You generally will not be charged for any backordered items during the original purchase. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges for items that are on backorder.
TackleDirect reserves the right to cancel any backorder where the value of the backordered item is under $25. International Orders must ship in full as we will not send multiple shipments for international orders.
Any backordered items that we cannot fulfill in our NJ location within 30 days will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have paid for any backordered items you will be refunded using the original payment method. We cannot hold backordered items for more than 30 days except in the case of new items that are listed as Pre-Order.

8. SALES TAX
TackleDirect is located in Egg Harbor Twp, New Jersey USA. We are required by law to collect a 7% New Jersey State sales tax on taxable items and shipping fees for orders delivered within New Jersey only. Clothing is non-taxable, but technical apparel, such as waders, and related footwear are taxable items. On International orders, duty, customs, and any other taxes are the customer's responsibility.

10. LIMITATIONS ON QUANTITY
We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same credit card, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied. TackleDirect reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.
