How to Order

We prefer you order online through the secure server with a credit card. You can also order by phone, fax, or mail. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Venmo, a cleared Check/Money Order, and a cleared Wire Transfer as a form of payment.

Shopping online at TackleDirect is safe and convenient. The secure servers are guaranteed to protect your credit card information. Please see Privacy & Security policies for more information on how we protect and honor your identity.

  1. Browse the catalog for products or use the Search at the top of each page.
  2. Select any options for an item such as color or size.
  3. Click the Order button.
  4. Confirm the correct item was added to the Cart.
  5. Adjust any quantities and click Update Quantities.
  6. Either click the Checkout button or the Keep Shopping button.
  7. If you clicked Keep Shopping, just click the Your Shopping Cart link to return.
  8. When your back in the Cart, click the Checkout button to continue.
  9. Complete the Shipping Information and click the Continue button.
  10. Complete the Billing Information and click Place Order to finish.

How do I apply a Gift Certificate or Coupon to an order?

Here's how the recipient uses the gift certificate:

  1. Recipient visits TackleDirect.com
  2. Recipient can browse or search for items they want to buy.
  3. Once they've selected their gift, they click on checkout.
  4. On the Shipping Form, they will see a field that says "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code."
  5. If the recipient has enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of their order they won't be required to enter any credit card information.
  6. 6.If the recipient does not have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the entire order, they will be required to pay the remaining balance by their credit card or Paypal account.

International Orders

We gladly accept International orders. Policies are in place to protect you, the consumer, as well as all merchants. Payment must be made in United States funds, drawn on a United States Bank by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, JCB, Diner's Club, PayPal®, Cashier's Check, International Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility. Credit card payments require the cardholder's billing address ( that the credit card statement is mailed to) and shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card number and expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization puposes. Complete address verification is neccesary before orders will be shipped. Recipient is resposible for all duties, customs, and any other taxes. For the fastest international order processing and service, we prefer payment via American Express®, PayPal®, or Wire Transfer. Please contact us with any questions.

At TackleDirect we make every effort to provide you with the lowest prices, while adhering to the manufacturer's minimum retail pricing. All prices and descriptions listed are subject to change without notice. Any product may be removed from current sale at any time. We strive to provide the most accurate information to customers. Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.

Find an item cheaper elsewhere? Give TackleDirect a chance to match it, with the simple TackleDirect Price Match Promise. Many items are protected by manufacturers' minimum retail pricing agreements, however, we will match any price offered by any legitimate retailer with a brick and mortar physical address in the United States. We will do the best to accommodate your request to price match Amazon, eBay, or eCommerce stores who do not maintain a physical United States address whenever possible. If you find an identical "Brand New" product at a lower advertised price that is in stock on another site that matches the criteria above, simply contact us via email: (sales@tackledirect.com) to complete your order.

TackleDirect reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of a product transaction in respect to any product or quantity of products, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance with any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times, even after an order confirmation has been placed. This restriction is subject to change without prior notice under the sole discretion of TackleDirect.

In-Stock at TackleDirect

The item is available to ship from our Egg Harbor Twp, NJ warehouse immediately. The last known quantity available is provided to the left of the In-Stock message. Item will usually ship the same business day if ordered by 2:00 pm ET, except the Economy methods may be delayed, weekends excluded.

Available at Our Vendor(s)

The item is usually available from one of our supplier's warehouses and may ship directly from them or first get shipped to our facility to be fulfilled. The last known quantity available is provided to the left of the In-Stock message. Please refer to the "Usually ships in X" details on the 2nd line of the above status, which are unique by brand and item.

Out of Stock at TackleDirect Available at Our Vendor(s)

The item is currently not in stock, but it is usually available for us to order and ship from our warehouse or directly from a supplier, which will extend your delivery time. Please refer to the "Usually ships in X" details on the 2nd line of the above status, which are unique by brand and item.

On Back Order at Our Vendor(s)

This item is currently on order and waiting for inventory from our supplier(s) and will ship upon availability on first ordered, first to ship basis. The availability message will provide an estimated arrival date, which can be unpredictable as suppliers often change these forecast dates.

Low Stock at TackleDirect

The item has a low quantity available to ship from our Egg Harbor Twp, NJ warehouse immediately. The last known quantity available is provided to the left of LOW QTY. Item will usually ship the same business day if ordered by 2:00 pm ET, except the Economy method may be delayed, weekends excluded.

Low Stock at Our Vendor(s)

The item is available with a low quantity from our supplier's warehouses and may ship directly from them or first get shipped to our facility. Pre-Order

This is a new or special order item with an often unpredictable delivery date. To reserve the next available item, please place your order and we will ship the item to you the same day it arrives in our warehouse on a first to order, first to ship basis.

If delivery time is critical and you need to be 100% sure we can ship an item immediately, please contact us first. We do not always know the inventory status in our warehouse or of our suppliers until a product is ordered. We occasionally DO NOT have available particular items that indicate IN-STOCK availability. Our inventory status indicators are updated in near real-time, but are based on the last known availability of specific items. If an item you order is unavailable we will notify you via e-mail or phone.

Backordered Products

A backordered item is an item that is listed on our website that we currently do not have in stock. This backordered item must be ordered by a vendor or supplier in order to bring it into stock and fulfill the order. This item may not be in stock for a variety of reasons including but is not limited to: product demand, seasonality, or general supplier stock.

TackleDirect's Backorder Policy:

TackleDirect will ship any in stock items that are placed on an order by 2pm EST Monday to Friday. Any items that are backordered will be shipped to you when they come into stock in our NJ fulfilment location. You generally will not be charged for any backordered items during the original purchase. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges for items that are on backorder.

TackleDirect reserves the right to cancel any backorder where the value of the backordered item is under $25. International Orders must ship in full as we will not send multiple shipments for international orders.

Any backordered items that we cannot fulfill in our NJ location within 30 days will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have paid for any backordered items you will be refunded using the original payment method. We cannot hold backordered items for more than 30 days except in the case of new items that are listed as Pre-Order.

Sales Tax

TackleDirect.com is operated by eOutdoors, Inc, which has a license to the registered trademark, TackleDirect®. eOutdoors, Inc. collects sales tax in all states currently imposing sales and use tax based on the laws of the state where the product you purchase from us is shipped. Customers claiming exemptions from the sales or use tax should contact the TackleDirect Customer Service to coordinate the submission of required exemption documentation and a refund of any taxes collected on exempt transactions. On International orders, duty, customs, and any other taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Limitations on Quantity

We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same credit card, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied. TackleDirect reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.
