This is a a hate it or love it rod as for the color. I love it!!! The rod is great for all purpose fishing getting the medium heavy fast. Its been a year since the purchase. I have it paired with the 13 fishing fate black reel which looks awesome. Highly recommend!!!!

Surprised this rod is only $100 - in fact, $60 on sale!!! It's light and sensitive and casts really really well. Feels like a lighter MH - or a heavy Medium - which is great since I have enough MHs anyway. This is a great niche zone which will push this rod into a more main role as it can cross over and throw more baits that way. I got it to match the Inception SZ, which with the zero bearings, will also just be a killer workhorse together. I prefer cork handles myself but it would be nice to see an EVS or Winn option. Oh yeah, I love the green!

The 7'1" MH isnt bad. Has a bit more flex/action then other brand I have used. For $100 or less this would be a choice I would go for.
When I need another rod again I would grab the 7'6".

I highly recommend this to anyone who like to fish with a bait casting setup. The micro guides make the line cast a country mile. And if you like a little color, than this is the pole for you. Best of all it is so light in weight.

The 13 Fishing Fate Black Generation 2 Rods are a great in-budget choice for spinnerbait rods. Their 6'7" and 7'1" would be your best options. A medium or medium-heavy rod would be best. It is important for the rod to have a soft tip so that it will vibrate easily with the turning of the spinnerbait's blade.

The 13 Fishing Fate Black Generation 2 casting rod is designed for freshwater fishing. Though it is capable, the first thing to consider is the zirconia inserts in the guides of the rod. When exposed to saltwater, these guides would begin to rust, making the guides unable to serve their purpose. This rod is capable of fishing saltwater but would require extra attention and cleaning to ensure it stays rustless throughout.
