After two years of feedback, endless research, and consultation with anglers, Platypus has released the redesign of the ever-popular Platinum Braid. The Platypus Platinum Plus Braid Fishing Line is thinner and stronger while maintaining the softness of the original best-selling line.
With a new braiding process, PE fibers are packed closer together decreasing diameter and increasing the strength by up to 25%. The softness of Platypus Platinum Plus increases handleability of the braid enabling a smoother, more trouble-free casting line at a reasonable price.
