Is this a casting rod? How does it do with 1/8th oz plastics.
I wade fish mostly

We do have a 7'2'' and a 7'11'' casting rod and i would recommend using a heavier plastic for both rods. The 7'2'' is rated for 1/4 oz - 5/8 oz and the 7'11'' is rated 2 - 8 oz.
