    It's Oil
Figured if Penn uses this on there reels then it's good enough for me. I bought this in addition the smaller kit to keep in the tackle box, as this makes it easier to re-fill (and cheaper).

In the past I never serviced my reels. Saw a video on how to do it. So easy and makes a huge difference. I put a few drops on all moving parts and it makes a huge difference feels like new

    Does what it's supposed to
This is a good quality reel oil that does its job and offers the best value for dollar that I've found. It's a lower viscosity oil so be careful not to apply too much unintentionally.

Works perfect - bang for the buck
I always bring reel oil with me when fishing. A few drops of oil keep the reels running smoothly for longer casts and longer life. The PENN synthetic reel oil works perfect and is the best bang for the buck I have used. Handy bottle which is easy to use and does not leak. I like the thin viscosity.
ProsBang for the buck Thin viscosity
ConsBe careful not to press the bottle too hard - too much oil might come out

Is this oil blue? I purchased the regular Penn oil and it's clear and thick. I'm trying to find the blue one which is a lot thinner. Thanks.
