Save your baits! These containers do not leak!
If you are like me, you will learn that the Gulp containers will leak after you open them and break the seal. If they tip over in your tackle bag or on your boat, you will lose the liquid in the Gulp containers. But not with these Plano Liqua-Bait Bottles. I can throw these in my tackle bag and I don't have to worry about the bait liquid leaking out. I love these and store all my Gulp baits in them!
ProsCompletely water tight and won't leak. Worth the money if you go through a lot of Gulp Bait or other baits stored in liquid
ConsThe tongs that come with these units I never use. I wish they would not include them and lower the price of the bottle.

Easy to grab baits
This makes it easy to grab the baits quickly and with out spilling the liquid all over the boat and stinking it up and attracting flies.

Keeps my Gulp baits near at hand in my tackle bag. No spilling of liquid doe to the gasket in the lid, fits just right in my bag with its low profile. Bought one for my fishing buddy who also loves it.
ProsA bargain at its price

A Must For Gulp Users!
If you use Gulp, as much as I do, then you need this. Whether you buy Gulp by the 30 ounce container of the 12 ounce package, keeping them in this container is simply convenient as it is practical. If you buy the small packages of Gulp, it will begin to dry out as soon as you open the package. You can avoid this by using this container. If you buy it in bulk, it is a lot easier to carry it I this product than a bucket! The container has a screw on cap, and has yet to leak even a little. I cannot se how it could leak unless it becomes damaged. This container is the same size as a deep 3400 Stowaway Container. And it works perfect for me. I Surfcast the Back Bays for Fluke all Summer long. It fits perfectly into my lumbar pack. And it even has a pickup tool to grab the bait. Though I do not use this much. Practical, affordable, and dependable are the words I would use to describe this product. For eight bucks, you cannot go wrong.
ProsAffordable Practical Dependable Packable Holds a lot of bait
ConsDoesn't come with Gulp! ;)

If you put the 6541 Plano Liqua-Bait Bottle and Bait Grabber on it's side in a waist pack ( which is the only way it fits), will it leak? Don't they make a thinner cylindrical jar that you could fit upright in a waist pack's bottle holder, to avoid fish scent leaking out over your pants?

Steve, Yes the liquid bait locker has an o-ring to prevent leakage of the Power bait recharge solution.
