Pro-Cure Bait Super Gels are made from real bait and enhanced with powerful amino acids in a sticky base that sticks and sticks to lures for an exceptionally long time. Works great on iron jigs for saltwater too.

Note: You CANNOT inject gels with the bait injectors or the injector heads. The gel is too thick.

Pro-Cure Shad Gel for Striper on Lake Texoma
May 26, 2020
I've been a Pro-Cure fan for years since learning about the product on Flats Class TV. Tried out the shad on zoom baits fishing tailrace striper at Lake Texoma. Think with all the pressure they get, it helped. That water is moving fast below the dam, so have to reapply more than I would normally. Anyway, caught some nice fish, and had an unseen "beast" take me for a 5 minute "ride" before breaking off my 20 lb braid (probably a big cat or drum). Point is - think the shad scent helped them zero in on the bait, along with the bait's flash, profile, presentation. Just another reason for the fish to believe it is a live shad. Will continue to use.
ProsSupports artificial bait "profile" to the fish Ease of use Made from organic sources Price is reasonable
ConsAdherence to plastic baits (oh well... maybe add some super glue??)

Great for multiple baits
May 18, 2020
If you are struggling to get fish to strike your lure, this stuff will provide that little extra. Struggled to get the trout to come out and bite my Vudu shrimp and watched them just stare at it multiple casts. Threw on a little Pro Cure and that seemed to give the incentive to bite. Landed my PB speck on artificial over the weekend. Going to try it out on some DOAs next time out.

Unsure if it works
April 9, 2020
Honestly, it's hard to know if it works or not. It does increase confidence though.
I would imagine that a fish would hold on for longer giving you more time to set the hook.

I love this stuff. I have worked a bait with and without to test the difference and this stuff works! 2oz gel lasts for a long time when applied correctly. Well worth the investment.

Still waiting...
September 19, 2019
Slapped some trophy bass on a few of my soft plastic swim baits and a few of my crankbaits. Got a few fish around 1-2 lbs. I’ll take the bites but I’m still waiting on that trophy.

fish don't taste the steel - or us
November 28, 2018
Almost 40 years ago, a S. Padre guide taught me that using a similar poultice on plastic baits and terminal hardware, at the very least, took the smell of us off the lures. An Alaska guide I know makes his own, and even goes so far as to handle all bait and hardware with rubber gloves.
Most fish smell products need to be applied every 3rd cast to keep them on the lure and effective. ProCure is tenacious, very effective, and can go a lot longer without needing to be reapplied.
I use it religiously on hooks and jig heads to mask the steel and lead.
Fishing Trout Support grasswalker swimbait lures, I squeeze a little procure into the hook slot - if you were being eaten by a big spec, what would you do? - exactly.
I've landed fish on this lure and ProCure that weren't hooked, but were squeezing the lure in their gullet apparently because they didn't want to let it go.

A Must If You Want To Catch More Fish!
April 2, 2018
Have used Pro-Cure fish scent gel for several years now on hard and soft baits. It definitely increases the catch percentage. Attracts fish with a natural smell they know. Masks your scent. Used to fish with Gulp. No need anymore! In the Gulf kayak fishing every weekend and I don't leave home without it! I use the 8 ounce Guide size bottle to refill my 2 ounce bottles.

This gel works great. A bit messy but it puts a stink on that fish canâ€â"˘t resist. I will always have Pro-Cure on hand for insurance on those days that the bite is slow!

Fish can detect scent, so why not fool their senses. Just don't get this stuff on your clothing, and make sure to store the bottle in a zip lock bag.

This stuff definitely works in our area. My brother doubted me until he was having no luck and I cast into the same spot he had just fished and caught a 19 inch flounder. He then started using it.
ProsAids in putting scent into the water. Have caught speckled trout, red fish, flounder, and stripers using it on soft plastics.
ConsThe stuff stinks, we call it, "stinky stuff", so you need to try to keep it off your clothes.

****Amazing ****
May 27, 2016
I use this on night-crawlers,cut-bait,and my own home bait bait as an added fish attractant when I am fishing for huge catfish in big waters and rivers................... Pro cure is the only product I get fantastic results from .................. Catfish ranging from 8 lb channels and above, 26 lb to 51 lb Blue cats , and 17 lb to 44 lb flat-heads. This product seems to last a good duration without re-applying, seems to attract fish from distance , and most flavors work well for catfish - My favorites are Shad, Herring, and "Bloody Tuna" Thanks Pro cure and Tackle Direct where U can not beat the prices anywhere else !!!!!!

What should I use to get this stinky stuff off my clothes?

Best thing to do would be just to soak whatever clothes the pro-cure comes in contact with
