    Great inshore rod
    January 6, 2021
I’ve been using the 7’ rated 3/8-1 1/4oz for a season now and it’s a great rod.. I fish it more like a 1/4-3/4oz rod, but it handles 1oz fine. The action is a little softer than I like for jigging but it’s still extremely sensitive in that role. Great for throwing light stuff like mirrolures, metals and soft plastics. It handles flounder/stripers/bluefish up to 24” with no problem and will handle bigger fish as well.
ProsExtremely sensitive and light, casts great
ConsA little softer than I like, not ideal for working a jig but not horrible either.

These are great rods. They are very sensitive and light. I wasn’t sure how I would like a split handle, but I love it.
    ProsSensitive Light Reel seat
    ConsPricey
