The TDPS662040SIN-UB2 Conventional Standup Rod features a durable E-glass blank with a softer tip section geared towards a higher percentage of quality hooksets and less pulled hooks when targeting white marlin or sailfish with circle hooks. The heavy duty Fuji SIN (Silicon Nitride) guides allow for trouble free use with your favorite monofilament line. Instead of the heavy duty Fuji graphite reel seat like on our standard white marlin rod, this one features a #2 short Aftco Unibutt allowing anglers with limited storage space on their rig more options. This rod is ideally paired with a 20-30lb class reel for putting together double digit release days out in the deep. .
