All of these lures are tank tested to assure proper performance and strike triggering action. Precise weight balancing designs in all models ensure a tumble free casting performance. The holographic effect gives the impression of a 3-dimensional "glimmering" resembling a real sand eel.

Awesome in the surf!
These are great for fall strippers. They seem to work when the first hitting nothing else. A must for everyone's surf bag.

Tsunami eels
Live eels can get expensive and yes they have their place but I've gone to use these more since you don't need to worry abut keeping them alive.
Prosgreat underwater action and if fish are in the area you'll get em.
ConsLike all softies it is un-wise to use these around bluefish.

Realistic looking
These sand eels look just like the reel thing. They don't cast very far and be careful using them when blue fish are around.
ProsRealistic looking

Sand eels
You don't even have to cast these far, if there are sand eels and bass around you will catch fish with these. The lack of casting distance can be an issue if the fish are a little far out.
ConsDoesn't cast particularly well.

Very effective for Striper
Very durable, good casting distance. The smaller size is very effective in schools of striper.

Seatrout
In my area these are one of the best seatrout baits out there. We have a lot of sand eel around where i live so a lot of predatory fish only eat sand eels casting any lure that is not long and slender wont get you anything. This lure swims great and the hooks has never given up on me!

Realistic and cheap
Cheap, realistic luring. I haven't caught anything on these yet, but just got them. A fishing report I was reading indicated that stripers were biting them, so I tried them.
ProsCheap, big hook, looks realistic underwater.
ConsI haven't caught anything with them yet, but only used them once or twice.

this is the most realistic looking sand eel lure.. my feeling is the body is little too light, I may add some needle weight or trolling sinker for Carolina style.. I love the way looks..

When presentation counts.
When sand eels are present and during the day, I will search for fish with this lure. It doesn't cast out very far but this lure and the action are irresistible. Next best thing to a well tied fly pattern.
ProsVery life like, fish will hit this lure multiple times because it has great mouth feel.
ConsThe different lengths should be available in different weights. Bluefish love them too. If bluefish are present I'll switch to a daiwa sp minnow.

Stripers love 'em
I bought these during the winter after I had seen a man using them the previous summer. It was almost every other cast that I was catching stripers this spring, but be careful when the blues role around they will tear them to pieces.

These baits are a great representation of sand eels, and they match the profile perfectly. The hook, however, is a little bit big for the bait.

A go to
These little guys have the fish catching capability as the top dollar plugs for much much less. Fish them on a rough day or a calm day and they will produce time again. Best when the waters are clear and the fish can get a good look at it, they can't resist them!

Great for fall stripers!
When the sand eels are around these are great from the surf.. Bass will pick these up right in the wash.. Slow retrieve with a twitch here and there.. These will put you on the bass..
ProsPerfect sand eel representation
ConsLittle too light.. 7 and 8 inch models are heavier

Looks pretty good but no action yet on these
Surprisingly I haven't had much action with these. I do not doubt they catch fish but I have fared much better with Deadly Dicks and Needle fish plugs. I have done very good int he past with shads and I imagine I should have similar results when slimmed bodied baits are present. I will probably try the larger sizes next.
ProsGood action.
