Excellent combo, only used the one night/day but worked excellent. No problems and nice and quiet strung with 20lb braid.

Broke after the first use. Bad quality.
To return this rode I need to pay shipping fees which is more expensive than the rod.

I saw this on sale so I had to have it. Always wanted to try a Tsunami set up. Cast is long with great sensitivity, real is quite smooth and well balanced. I would recommend, it has the feel and quality of something costing more.

can this handle big stripers and bluefish?
1 Answer
This combo would be good for schoolie sized Stripers and Bluefish in the back bays. If you are looking for something to target the large migratory stripers in the ocean, you will want to go with a bigger reel and heavier rod.
