Spathe incorporated their Direct Sensory System within the reel seat of the Deep series, a meticulous method of construction to enhance sensitivity and feel. Several carbon fiber arbors are fused to the blank in order to transmit vibration and feedback to the hand, eliminating any sponginess that the more common rods have.
